DESIGN SUPPORT FAQ

  • Design Support works best when we plan ahead. Because I am taking on a limited amount of clients in order to have focused time and quick turnarounds. Always and always, a heads up is appreciated. If that's not possible, just contact me as soon as your project comes up. I will give you the expected turnaround time. Once you approve, we'll get started with design. Once finalized, I will provide you with the appropriate files for web or print.

  • Design Support is a service for the upkeep and ongoing brand marketing needs; it is not a service for new branding, rebranding, or new website design. Consider this as brand marketing upkeep and maintenance. Printing production and shipping costs are billed separately as well.

  • This depends on the project type and size. Generally, brand-based designs will have a quicker turnaround than something new or seasonal. Large scale projects, like booklets, reports, brochures, etc. have a longer turnaround, it also depends on the clients readiness with copy and photography. Once you reach out to me with your project details, I will give you an expected turnaround time.

Design Support Service Plans

PAY AS-YOU-GO

It's as simple as it sounds. You will be billed hourly, invoiced monthly at a flat rate of $75/hour.

A one-time enrollment fee of $300 is required and will be applied to hours used for Design Support Service.

PAY UPFRONT

Pay your hours upfront at a discounted rate of $60/hour, hours must be purchased in 10-hour increments.

Pay Upfront hours never expire. Additional hours will be billed in 5-hour increments unless client chooses otherwise.
